For this Last Rocket, two ears of sweet corn, later eaten by the artist, were peeled and contorted into wings. A plastic stirring straw, flanked by four dominoes, serves as a fuselage. A metal brooch, adorned with fake pearls, sits atop. A plastic toy tire sits at the base.
